He admitted to feeling 'smaller and skinnier' thanks to his basic jungle diet of beans and rice.
But it would seem David Haye is already back to his best as he showed off his perfect six-pack during a sexy beach shoot.
The 32-year-old boxer, who finished in third place on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here, flaunted his incredible abs and bulging muscles as he kicked back and relaxed on the beach in Surfer's Paradise, Australia.

Wearing a dark brown trilby and simple black baggy swimming shorts, the sportsman would have no doubt got pulses racing as he positively smouldered on the sand.
The Londoner certainly seemed proud of his King of the Jungle credentials, posing in a number one stance as he waded in from the sea.
But it would appear David is already looking foward to putting back on the weight he lost during his stint on the jungle-based reality show.

Writing on his Twitter page, he said: 'My Jungle diet of beans & rice for 3 weeks sent me from 98kg to 92kg Time to start eating some proper food and pumpin some serious weights!'
The star - who landed behind Pussycat Dolls singer Ashley Roberts and eventual Queen of the Jungle Charlie Brooks in the final of the ITV1 show - also treated his followers to a sexy snap of his impressive abs.
Alongside the picture, he wrote: 'As requested by many of my lovely fans, now that i'm out of jungle, here is #TodaysBodyShot.'

Upon leaving the competition, David told his fans being the last male in the show was a 'great achievement'.
He tweeted: 'I'm finally out! Thanks soo much for voting for me. it's been a crazy ride & to be the last male standing feels like a great achievement.'
However, the boxer told I'm A Celeb hosts Ant and Dec that he could feel his bulky frame reducing throughout his time on the show.
