The dress was by Talbot Runhoff and her heels, Christian Louboutin.
Boyfriend Robert Pattinson was nowhere to be seen, however - having stepped out solo in Hollywood on Friday for a luncheon celebrating the release of Richard Gere's new movie, Arbitrage.
Their romance is still rocky as Robert struggles for forgive the 22-year-old actress for her not too distant indiscretion.
The couple reportedly dated for four years before her brief fling with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders in August, and Kristen is apparently desperate to win back Rob's trust.
