Dancing on Extra: The Australian singer and actress got stuck into some dancing moves on the TV show It is frequently described as the ultimate fashion faux pas. But Kylie Minogue somehow managed to carry off the double denim look as she promoted her new album on TV entertainment show Extra on Tuesday. The 44-year-old pint sized star's slim fitting jeans showed off her famous pert posterior to the maximum while her skyscraper white heels elongated her slim legs.

Slim and trim: The star looked stunning in her outfit which she teamed with rimless sunglasses, red nail varnish and hoop earrings Subtle make-up, rimless sunglasses and hoop earrings completed the look as Kylie took time out to promote her new album The Abbey Road Sessions, which features an orchestral re-working of some of her greatest hits. And Kylie gamely showed off a few dance moves with Extra host Mario Lopez, performing the train style arms moves from her 1980s hit The Loco-Motion. The star is celebrating 25 years since the release of her first single - The Loco-Motion - shot to the top of the charts in her native Australia and has been looking back at the highs and lows of an eventful career.

There are plenty that I'd like to put in Room 101,' she told The Huffington Post in a recent interview. 'But it's good for me to be able to have a laugh at myself, which is something I've never shied away from. 'There definitely are songs that should have never seen the light of day but thankfully there aren't too many of them.'
