It's pretty hard to top wearing a Hannibal Lecter style headpiece.
But Lady Gaga certainly did her best when she stepped out in a sumptuous looking fur coat and diamonds in New York on Sunday.
Of course being the Born This Way singer, who is known for her wacky dressing, it looked like she wasn't wearing much else, as her bare leg was exposed while she walked.
What's under there? Lady Gaga didn't seemed to be wearing much underneath the coat, showing her bare leg as she walked
The 26-year-old teamed the black coat with a pair of red stiletto heels, which elongated her legs.
She matched the red shoes to her lipstick and wore her hair over one shoulder making her look like a Hollywood movie star.
Apart from a diamond bracelet and necklace, there didn't appear to be much else to the singer's outfit.
Fan love: The singer, who was wearing a diamond necklace and bracelet, made sure she stopped for a waiting fan outside her hotel
Shielding her eyes, she wore a very large pair of dark sunglasses, giving her look a Breakfast at Tiffany's feel.
Apart from stopping to pose for waiting fans as she left her hotel, the singer looked like her mind was somewhere else.
Perhaps she was still on a high following her performance with The Rolling Stones on Saturday.

Clearly still on cloud nine from the gig she tweeted: 'I had a life dream to be transported in a time machine to 1973 NJ, beer + badboys. Someone heal me it happened + then I sang with the Stones.'
And then on Monday, she wrote: 'When Ron Wood gave me his pick and said I really love that song about you Hair, is that not every girls dream. Get me my AquaNet.'
Gaga performed Gimme Shelter alongside Mick in New Jersey for the final night of the rockers' 50 and Counting Tour.

Gaga's penchant for fur has landed her in deep trouble previously with animal rights group PETA, but the 26-year-old has defended her coats saying they are pieces of art.
'I have truly always stayed away from skinned fur, especially I have never been able to afford a nice one, but this does not mean my morals are rigid and that I won’t bend at the sight of an absolute art piece of a coat,’ she said.
'You see a carcass, I see a museum pièce de résistance.'
The singer's creative director Nicola Formichetti said this week he 'regrets some of Gaga's looks. But she works it... mostly'.
