It was certainly a quick turnaround for Miley Cyrus on Wednesday.
After sparking concern when she was spotted with a bandaged arm while out and about with mother Tish in LA during the day, Miley went all out to perform at the City Of Hope gala honouring philanthropist Ben Malka.
The 19-year-old star wore a studded cream and metallic zip top teamed with a slightly odd pair of cream silk culottes as she returned to what she does best with a heartfelt performance at the event.
With her blonde hair, which has been cut even shorter in recent weeks, swept to the side, Miley clung onto the microphone as she belted out her song for the captive audience.
Earlier in the day, Miley was spotted in Tarzana, California, with a bright yellow bandage on her arm, sparking concern among her fans.
However, it was later revealed that Miley and Tish, who was sporting a similar bandage on her right arm, had simply had a routine physical examination, according to E! News.
Miley has been attempting to focus more on her music career over the past few months and, other than a cameo appearance on Two And A Half Men, has been stepping away from the acting industry.
This move away from acting was confirmed when the news broke on Wednesday that Miley has pulled out of the Bonnie and Clyde television miniseries she had been tipped to appear in.
Miley was said to be in talks to play Bonnie Parker in the four-hour Lifetime show, but has now apparently pulled out of the project, giving no reason for her exit.
