He may have moved onto a new relationship with Mila Kunis, but Ashton Kutcher has yet to reach a divorce settlement with estranged wife Demi Moore.
However, rather than the former couple having difficulty letting go on a romantic level, it seems the problems stem from a disagreement over finances.
Us Weekly are claiming that Ashton, 34, is 'so cheap' he has not yet agreed to a monetary divide - despite earning a ridiculous $700,000 per episode for Two And A Half Men.
Casual: Mila and Ashton looked low key as they headed out, with the actress wearing sweat pants
Reports surfaced last month that the couple hadn't filed for divorce a year after splitting as there was simply no need because their marriage of six years had never been official.
Yet a legal document emerged to prove that Ashton and Demi were in fact legally married.
They are named as spouses in a new uncovered quitclaim deed, which is a legal instrument by which the owner of a piece of real property, called the grantor, transfers his or her interest to a recipient, called the grantee.
No need to dress up: The actress wore an old pair of trainers for the date
The paper, obtained by InTouch, shows that Demi, 49, gave up her claim to a piece of property in Los Angeles, a move that no doubt put a smile on wealthy Ashton's face.
The Striptease favourite signed the document in March, suggesting the pair may be finding their own way of divvying up their rich portfolio of assets.
Demi announced she was ending their marriage in November amid a slew of cheating claims, and the young heartthrob has now moved onto younger pastures with new love Mila.
The two were seen heading to dinner in New York on Wednesday night, with the actress down in sweat pants and trainers.
No Moore doubts: A legal document has emerged which shows Demi and Ashton Kutcher were legally married
Sources had told Radar Online that the former couple's Kabbalah wedding was merely a 'symbolic ceremony and not a legal marriage'.
The couple wed in September 2005 in a ceremony attended by 150 guests, including Demi's ex-husband Bruce Willis.
After the pair split last year following allegations that Ashton cheated with party girl Sara Leal, the actress released a statement saying she ended the marriage with 'great sadness and a heavy heart'.
