He recently admitted that he likes to help chose his wife's outfits but this might be one step too far.
Russell Brand and Katy Perry arrived to the premiere of his new film The Tempest last night in Los Angeles wearing matching grey clothing.
The 35-year-old funny-man wore a velvet suit in the subdued colour while 25-year-old Katy chose an asymmetric lace creation in a different shade for the event held at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood.

With their similar dark hair colours, the couple, who married in India in October, are beginning to look more like brother and sister than husband and wife.
But their attraction was obvious as the newlyweds gazed at each other affectionately on the red carpet.
The loved-up pair were joined on the red carpet by other cast members inlcuding Dame Helen Mirren, who was elegant in a midnight-blue outfit with a sequined top and gold belt.
Alan Cumming put in a quirky appearance in a purple shirt, tie and jumper teamed with rolled-up trousers.

Blood Diamond star Djimon Hounsou was accompanied by his wife, former model and Baby Phat designer Kimora Lee Simmons.
Brand managed to tear himself away from his wife's side long enough to pose with young Glee star Chris Colfer.
The singer and actor was left behind for his cast mates' UK trip over the weekend, when he had to remain in the States to film scenes.
The actor pre-taped an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno before dashing to get ready to walk the red carpet with his stunning wife.

The film is a modern remake of the Shakespeare classic play with one big difference - the lead is played by a woman.
Brand plays the role of Trinculo, the jester who appears at random times throughout the film to add comedy value and stir-up trouble.
Katy meanwhile has been busy performing and promoting her new album.
Over the weekend she performed at KISS FM's Jingle Ball concert at the Nokia Live in Downtown Los Angeles.
